Arlook Stone Carving with whale figure and narwhale horn, carved of bone. This transformation piece is by well known Canadian artist George Arlook,  The piece shows two distinct faces , the whale imagery suggests the transformation of a Shaman. Arlook is an innovative contemporary artist. His teacher, an Inuit elder and carver, was said to have been visited by Henry Moore several times. The influence is evident.
